Hi! I’m Emma!
I’m so excited that you’re here! Together, let’s get you pain free and moving with ease so you can get back to what you love.
I’m an Osteopathic Manual Therapist and complete body nerd obsessed with how brilliant, adaptable, and downright weird (in the best way) our bodies can be. I help people find relief from pain and feel at home in their bodies again — so they can get back to doing the things they love without having to think about every little ache and click along the way.
My work blends somatic and biomechanical approaches to create gentle, personalized treatments that work with your body’s natural healing systems — not against them. And honestly? Watching someone’s body shift, unwind, and re-coordinate itself never gets old.
I’ve spent the past 8+ years weaving together a practice rooted in science, curiosity, and compassion — from classical osteopathy and craniosacral therapy to animal osteopathy (yep, pets need bodywork too!). My background in dance gave me an embodied understanding of movement, and my own journey healing a chronic injury is what first showed me how powerful osteopathy can be.
Adopting my dog was the spark that led me to work with animals. Early on we discovered that my dog had joint pain and worked with our vet to figure out what he needed to live a happy, pain free life. The whole time going through that process, I thought to my self: I should be able to help him with what I know. That led me to pursue specialized training in animal osteopathy — and now I get to support mobility, comfort, and quality of life in both humans and their furry companions.
Animals don’t hide their discomfort or fake their reactions, and working with them has taught me to listen more closely, respond more gently, and trust the body’s cues.
My philosophy is that your body is always doing its best, but sometimes it needs a helping hand. Healing should feel good. Gentle, attentive care can create deep change for all living beings. I’m here to support ease, mobility, recovery, and healing at every stage of life — and to honour the deep connection we share with our own bodies and with those we care for.
It’s pretty incredible what I get to witness in my work — bodies adapting, healing, rebalancing, and doing way more than we often give them credit for. Whether someone’s coming in with a cranky hip, prepping for pregnancy, dealing with chronic tension, or bringing in their senior dog for support, I get to be part of that process. And honestly? That’s the best part of my job. I’m constantly in awe of how smart, adaptive, and quietly brilliant our bodies (and our pets!) really are.
